I went to purchase a vehicle from this particular dealership in which they sold me a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $25,000 as soon as I left the lot it was nothing but problems the windshield wiper fluid line was cut the gas cap was not working correctly I had to use my key to pry it open the windshield was not sealed correctly and was leaking air it took me 15 minutes to get my transmission to go into gear and stop throwing itself out of drive and into Park which is a huge safety concern for myself and my children along with a list of other things that I could go on and on they have a 7-Day exchange policy which they told me that I could exchange it for a Dodge ram 1500 Express I was on board with that decision however I was promised on Tuesday when I spoke to the general manager that I could come in Friday between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. to return the vehicle and pick up the keys to my truck that everything would be ready it'd be detailed and ready to go in fact it was not I had a feeling it wouldn't be they wait till I take another 2 hour drive to get to them to tell me that oh it's not ready to go and it has safety recalls on it first off if it has safety recalls why are you advertising it online for sale it's b******* secondly why promise somebody something to make up for a mistake in the first place only to fall back on your word and not have anything ready as promised intern leaving their customer on the side of 95 interstate sitting in heels and a skirt in the grass because they did not follow through on what they said and promised and now I have to wait another whole entire week I'm infuriated this place should go out of business
