Leisure Products International Failure to Disclose "No Labor Included" in maintenace contract. Faulty Equipment Johnson City Tennessee

I purchased a spa from Aqua Living Factory Outlets (BBB Complaint ID: 22898792) along with a Maintenance and Support package offered through LPI Inc. The spa has never worked properly.

I initially worked with LPI for repairs but was told labor wasn’t covered because I own an Airbnb. I filed multiple support cases:

• Case #00032127 & #00032128 (Filed 01/16/25) – Unresolved. Spent hours troubleshooting their product instead of receiving proper support.
• Despite providing over 25 emails, photos, and videos, they kept asking for more "information" with no resolution.
• It took 1.5 months to escalate to a manager, who then demanded $450 for a technician and another $500 for faulty equipment replacement.
• I ultimately hired my own repair person and am awaiting a $450 refund.

Additionally, I requested they replace the spa top at their expense. They agreed—but only if I removed my negative review.
