LPL Financial This company is a complete sham. They have a non relatation clause in effect but do not abide by it depending on race or ethnicity. This company lacks diversity on a whole another level. Latino. Black and brown people have no chance of moving up in this form besides a senior level. When I told my manager about how a Caucasian employee was sharing personal clients account information with her husband she just laughed. Yet I yelled out for checking my social media account on my own personal device. There have been several lawsuits against this firm. Last year their was a lawsuit because the Svp’s over thr call center department were calling it the section 8 floor. This year an advisor sent an email to the recruiter to stop sending her African American applicants because she needed to cater to her white constituents. This starts at the top From the CEO Dan Arnold down to Ms Orshocfoff, down to the Svp’s and Vp’s. They are all ware of the disparities but refuses to fix it. Shame on this. Company I was really hoping they would change with the times we are in now. Fort Mill South Carolina
