Taken for a ride. He will give you the good feelings, take your money, then provide no service & disappear. After paying 245 bucks for a service of "Credit Repair" no service was provided. When I asked for a refund, he took no personal accountability but promised my refund by the end of the week.

when nothing arrived, I inquired, got an excuse and another hollow promised, when I inquired the 3rd time, same thing except this time he said started in on the name calling and saying I had to meet him in person to solve matters "HIS WAY" because I was an infant and not man enough to handle matters in person.

When I showed up to collect my money he didn't even show up. Ive contacted the FTC, Rip-off Report & Ct Dept of consumer protection. These doesn't even seem to be a license on file for company.

The above reply speaks directly to how he views his clients & his quality of service. Regardless of that, the facts remain. My money was taken in return for the service of credit repair & no service was provided. When a refund was requested, I was promised prompt payment on 4 occasions, finally we land here because he then proceeded to threaten & name call. I was told by Lucas Roca the owner that things will be done his way. So apparently his way is keeping my money so now I’ve filed with FTC, Dept of Consumer Protection, BBB & banking commission. My way would’ve included a simple refund.

You Feel You Were Defrauded?

Isn't that such a shame! YOU gave YOURSELF a garbage credit reputation by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time. You contact some guy who tells you all you have to do is pay him money so that YOUR self made garbage credit reputation will be covered up so that YOU can DEFRAUD future creditors. Isn't that such a shame!
