lucky old car, llc evan mcmullen and cosmopolitan motors i have paid for in full, 3 cars i won on a auction, and they sold one of the cars and are not making the other 2 available for pickup, and are adding charges, so in the owners own words, i end up with nothing. tacoma washington

i won an auction for 3 vehicles which i paid for in full via wire tranfer and credit card, they then told mer they sold one of the vehicles and are not allowing me to pick up the other 2 cars, so i have paid the 17110.00 and ihave nothing to show for it, i have been frauded out of 17110.00 by this company, i have tried calling and he said either buy the other car, which is exactly like the one i won on the auction for an additional 6000, or he will just keep adding up fees so i end up with nothing.

i told him i have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the ATTORNEY GENERAL CONSUMER COMPLANT  division and he told me i dont have to worory about them, i sell them a lot of cars, so it doesnt concern me.
