On May 7, 2023, I deposited $200 into Lucreberg's basic plan which, according to the website, would pay me 2% per day for 7 days but my initial investment would be locked for 20 days.  The result would be that at the end of those 20 days, my account total should have been $228 and would be available to be withdrawn.

On May 28, my sponsor informed me that I had to re-register my account because of some web site changes and upgradess - which I did.  When I finally was able to login, neither my initial investment nor my profit was reflected.  Both fields showed a zero balance.  When I established a chat session and explained my issue, I was told that I would have to make a new deposit in order to secure my initial investment.  My sponsor has since verified that what I was told is indeed correct.

Since then, I have had several chat sessions with support.  They have repeatedly told me that my original $200 is safe but that I would have to make an additional deposit (minimum $200) for my original deposit to show up on the new web site.  They refuse to answer my question of what happens to my funds if I choose never to make another deposit.  I presume they will keep those funds.  I refuse to make another deposit because they have changed the rules once - there is nothing to prevent them from changing them again.  There was no notice of the change in the investment rules which would have given people the option of making an additional investment or opting out and having their money returned.   Total rip off.

My original questions have never been answered either here, with 'suport', nor by mail.  They only engaged in name calling although I had made several attempts to find answers to my concerns and questions.  It was only after multiple attempts through various means to find answers that I filed this report.  If you entered into a contract with someone and they refused to honor the terms of the contract, wouldn't you attempt to get your funds back?  The only response I got from them was that I needed to give them more money to get the money I had already invested.  Does that even make sense?  Why would I, or anyone else, give them more money when they refused to honor the terms under which the original investment was made? There was no longer any basis for trust. They destroyed it when they refused to transfer my investment over to the 'new' company or to honor the terms under which the investment was made.  That is NOT how a company which is honorable or transparent operates.

Lucreburg isn't just a company but a well-coordinated mechanism which work is aimed at cryptocurrency trade. The specialists' team makes decisions not just based on their professionalism and experience but also by using the unique tools without any analogs. The developed neural networks allow to lower the risk of cryptocurrency trade due to the opportunity to process the big volumes of data. And every day the sum of the prfit keeps growing…I've been a member for many years and have seen years gains sometimes as bight as 20-30%!I don't trust easily but I trust this platform.Investment options can be changed anytime and include a supplemental income approach, simply growth focused or a more balanced approach. They now offer the ability to create personal investment allocations. So far, so great!

Another round with 'suppport'

AUTHOR: Ed - (United States)

I contacted support again this morning, and asked the same questions. There were, of course, no answers to my questions.  They said that I had labelled Lucreberg a scam (which is true) and that I had violated their terms of agreement and my account was being closed.  I guess it's ok that they violated the terms of my investment!

Jamzee - you certainly have a way with words.  i guess it's easier to call someone names rather than to respond with facts that back up your assertion.  Please be so kind as to provide FACTS that back up your claim that I am a scammer.  Who have I scammed?  If you would take the time to read what I have written, I would like to know exactly what I have said that was incorrect. Was my understanding of how the program worked incorrect?  If not, why is it that my money cannot be released?

I guess it's just easier to throw accusatoins at someone rather than address the facts.  And it;s easier to hide behind some sort of psuedonym rather than reveal your real identity.  You are a coward.

My answer to rebuttal

Here are some legitimate questions/concerns which have been communicated to support and to which  i have had no response nor any explanation  -

Lucreberg has not honored the terms of the original investment agreement.  I deposited $200 under their terms - 2% per day; capital locked for 20 days.  After the 20 day period, my entire total was to be available for withdrawal.

  1. They changed the terms of the original agreement without notice. I was not given time to either agree to the new terms or withdraw my  investment.  This demonstrates a lack of respect for investors.
  2. They are now requiring an additional investment in order to secure my original investment.  What would keep them from changing the rules again if I were to invest additional funds which would leave me in the same position I am now only with more funds at risk?
  3. I have been and am currently involved in many investment programs – some crypto and some using fiat – but I have never been involved in one which changes the rules without informing their investors nor one that requires more money to secure their first investment.
  4. Their chat support has refused to answer my questions.  They are not 'sensible' questions according to them.
  5. If they cannot be trusted to fulfill the agreement when I invested $200, why should I be expected to trust them with another $200 or $10,000?
  6. My three emails to support outlining my situation and questions have all gone unanswered.
  7. Their unwillingness to respond can only be interpreted to mean they are uncaring toward investors and are unwilling to resolve issues.  This demonstrates a lack of integrity.
  8. What happens to my money if I never make another investment?  They have $200 of mine.  Do they simply keep it?  I have been told that my money is 'safe' but I can't get it until I make another deposit. So what happens to it if I don't?  Where does it go?
  9. They chose not to carry my balance over to the new company.  That sort of thing is done every day in business when one company merges/is taken over by another one.  Client's account information is a part of the absorption process.  No one loses their money.

I am simply asking that Lucreberg honor the original terms, which they set ( not me)  and credit my new account with the accumulated funds from the old account or make them available for me to withdraw.

I also would amend this complaint to reflect any positive outcome to this situation.  Otherwise, I stand behind what I have written.
