Luis Rocha - Nationwide Mobile Mechanics Owner became hostile after asking for refund on defective part Phoenix, AZ

I contacted this company through an ad on Facebook. I asked if they can confirm what was wrong with my son's car. We agreed on pricing and someone was sent out to check the vehicle. I was told i needed an ignition switch and cylinder. I could not find the part myself so the owner said they have a site they use sometimes and quoted $132 for the part. After a couple weeks of back and forth and another mechanic having to install due to the original one "abruptly quitting" after taking my sons car apart and leaving, the job was finally "done". 

When the mechanic left, the car did not turn on so i contacted again. Owner told me they only install but i have to get it programmed by a locksmith and he figured i knew that. I called a locksmith out and after an hour and a half they could not program and said something was wrong with the part or installation but the mechanic would have to fix for them to come back out to program. 

I contacted the owner again to advise, i even offered the locksmith's number for technical talk. He said he will send him back out but days past. After a week i noticed that i was blocked. No one ever came back out. I paid for the job to be done and the car still was not running. 

Upon a Facebook search of the phone number i realized this company has many Facebook pages and many names it goes by. A yelp review showed the same negligence i experienced. None of the LLCs are searchable on the internet. The website claims A+ BBB rated but is not on the BBB site. 

I will be proceeding with legal action for the part so i contacted the business to ask for the owners name. I was met with hostility, unprofessional behavior and denied the refund request. Once i made a yelp review the owner offered to pay me to take the review down and wanted me to sign a contract stating after paid, i could no longer bad review. I refused the offer and then was told things like i have no life,  i must need money, i need a better job to afford my repairs, i should go take car of my son.
