The management at Newport Bluffs in Irvine, and in particular, Mr. Luke Oczos, is one of the worst property management teams I have ever encountered.

Mr Oczos has blatently lied to me and my family both in verbal communications and in writing and has avoided taking responsibility for his mistakes by submitting false information and lying about basic facts and conversations. I do not recommend that anyone do business with this Property Management company.

This company is responsible for significant amount of damage to personal items and for locking residents out of their homes without notice in order to conduct maintenance. They are also responsible for reporting incorrect amounts owed and failing to make necessary corrections and failing to follow through on promises to make corrections to thier own mistakes.
