Lulu Press, Inc. Missing payments of known sales since Feb Morrisville NC

Lulu has been updating their website, so with Convid and everything else going on, it's understandable for things to take a little longer to process.

However, the company is not delivering with their promises, and they're not responding to consumer complaints.

In my case for example, a friend of mine purchased my book, and it was delivered internationally to her address in February. 

No invoices are available, so there could have been other sales made. 

it is now mid June, and I still haven't been paid. 

One of the perks of publishing through Lulu is their Global Reach Program, which is free when you purchase a copy of your own book. This makes your book available on 3rd party retail sites such as Amazon. So when book sales are made via Amazon; UK, JP, IN, ect.. Indie Authors such as myself have no way of knowing, because if the book was not published directly through KDP, (Kindle Direct Publishing) Amazon says they have no way of tracking the sale. 

This does not include other retailers such as Barnes and Noble or independent distributors; who could buy my book, resale it, and I'd have no way of knowing or getting paid.
