Luna Wigs Website is a fruad Erlanger KY

Paid for a human hair wigs on website. Ordered wig July 5th, did not receive until August 1st. Sent several emails to find out what was the delay. Was told it was a delay due to shopping company. Received wig and it is horrible.

The wig was not the same as the picture. The texture feels like some type of animal fur, and was the wrong color. Took the net off and it shredded everywhere, and have a weird smell to it. I was not going to put that on my head. I have emailed and requested for a refund, still no answer.
