I can no longer find the sales pitch from these ripoff artists and they claim the pictures I sent of the shoes I received (almost a month after ordering them) match the shoes I purchased.  I beg to differ.  There is no way I would have ordered such flimsy shoes from any website.  They had many testimonials about how great the shoes were but they must have made those testimonials up because these shoes are awful.  They were supposedly greatly discounted and let me tell you even $1.99 would have been too much to pay for these poorly glued together plastic shoes!    This is my initial communication with their customer service department:  Flats Women Loafers x 1  Beige/40/Set 1  [New Arrivals 2022] PREMIUM Orthopedic Mesh Breathable Hollow Comfortable Sandals x 1  Transaction date  Feb 15, 2022 14:45:47 PST   I would like a return shipping label for these two pair of shoes and a full refund of the purchase price ASAP.   I have rarely been as disappointed in any purchase as I am in these cheap looking shoes.  They are flimsy at best and not at all what I expected for the price paid.    Their response to me (received within 30 minutes of my initial complaint by they way)  Dear Mr/Mrs. Dianna Gilliam   Thanks for reaching out! I'm Barney from Customer Support Team, I'd be glad to assist you today. First of all, I truly apologize that the product received didn’t live up to your expectations.  Upon checking, I see that your order includes 1 [New Arrivals 2022] PREMIUM Orthopedic Mesh Breathable Hollow Comfortable Sandals 1 Flats Women Loafers For me to understand your order issue more thoroughly and be able to help you with the next steps, please help provide the following information:    - Photos of quality issues and/or any damaged parts of the actual product received taken on a flat surface (Both front and back)    - The original shipping label of the product received;   Kindly note that any claims related to product issues must be filed with clear evidences in the next 48 hours . After this period of time, we are sorry that we are no longer able to handle those claims or offer any compensation as requested. Moreover, we don't have a return address as our products are made-to-order and are unique to each campaign.    Therefore, please get back to me and help provide the required information timely so that I can support you further.   Again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience and frustration which must have been caused to you.   I look forward to your soon update.    Yours sincerely   Barney   Then I received from them another e-mail:   Hi Dianna,  Just a friendly reminder that it's been 24 hours since our last contact and we haven't heard from you.  Please respond to us within the next 48 hours with the necessary information. Otherwise, this case will be closed automatically. At this time, we regret that we are unable to provide any further support.   Looking forward to hearing from you soon.  Thank you and Best Regards,   Customer Support Team    I sent four e-mails to the attention of Barney with the pictures he requested and the following message:   Per your request/demand.  Sadly, I think two of these pics (in four separate e-mails) might be a bit blurry.  I have a new phone and am not doing great learning all the features quickly.     Photos of shipping labels and sorry excuses for shoes ordered and received.    Again, I am rarely disappointed in my online purchases but these shoes are ridiculous.  They are beyond cheap and simply glued together.  Flimsy at best.  What might appear to be cork between the plastic sole and the leather/plether whatever the material is for the loafer is nothing but more plastic.    (Re: Women's Loafer)     There is no give the breathable fabric to accommodate the heel of one's foot.  The only visible stitching of any kind is along the fabric edges.  Great idea but final product is pitiful.   (Re:  PREMIUM Orthopedic Mesh Breathable Hollow Comfortable Sandals)   Their response after receiving the requested pictures:       Dear Mr/Mrs. Dianna Gilliam   Thank you for choosing us.   I'm sorry for the unwanted experience you had, we've checked the images you sent of the faulty products and had it compared with the one in our website.  The product can only be qualified for a refund or resend under one of the following condition:- The product itself is flawed    - The printing quality is not good    - The product material is different from the information presented on our siteUnfortunately from comparing the images, the product you received appear to be the same as the one presented on our website, thus your request for a refund/resend for this product can't be processed further.We're thankful for your kind understanding of the situation. If there's any detail from your end regarding this case, please let us know. ​ Yours sincerely   Barney   Customer Support Agent   Thank you for your kind interest in our products and services.
