Placed order late June, order sent July. Their sizing charts are off by long way, so all items were too small, and I even orderd two sizes up. They would not give me any solution other than a $15.00 coupon for future purchase.
Used the coupon and added another two sizes up, but was still too small. To date, I have resent the same informtion to no less that eleven people but not one person will use that information to get the proof of receipt of the merchandise. My attempts to forward proof of receipt comes back as undeliverable as I am evidently only able to "Reply To" their emails.
They are too stupid to consolidate their returns department so no one knows what is going on, OR they are being deliberately obtuse to scam me out of the coupon amount as well as the original purchase. I only found out the merchandise comes from China after ordering (took around three weeks to receive), and they didn't let me know they had a State side facility until well into the struggle with them regarding a cash refund.
My refusal to accept a store credit or coupon for their poorly made, improperly sized clothing must have shook something loose in someone as they send me a specific person to whom to send the return at the address supplied.
I have reported them to the BBB and the USPS, and they are still requesting information provided them in each of the (to date) 15 emails regarding this rip off.

For over a year I have been trying to get my refund on an item I returned, but this company refused to give me my money, even though I had a signed receipt of returned mdse. They have blocked my emails, refuse to answer snail mail, and today I found out that the site on which I became involved with them initially through advertising is still allowing them to advertise on their site. Whom, do you ask? Publishers Clearing House, that's who.
I wrote them, asking why they allowed proven scam artists to advertise on their site, and they gave me a bunch of busy words. If an entity as large as PCH won't vet their advertisers to keep us, PCH's purchasing public safe, that doesn't say much for the integrity of PCH. I remember when PCH got called on the carpet for insinuating untruths in order to boost sales and I have mis-trusted them ever since. Today, this exchange of information has only instilled a deeper and darker feeling of hate for them. Beware, people. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER trust ANYTHING found on PCH's site.
They lie to make a buck, and they already have more money than they could ever hope to use, in spite of all the "prizes" they award. Those are few and far between, and cannot be easily verified. Who is to say if there are actual winners, or if these people are plants? As of today, I am still out over $100.00 and luvyly is still scamming. Good luck, and fight the good fight.
