I took a Lyft ride to my Dr appt on Feb 13th at 915 AM..this ride was incorrectly listed on the GPS as 12th Ave, I needed to go to 12street. the driver corrected this, and I got there on time

Yesterday looking thru my Credit card statement, Lyfy snuck in 2 charges...one for 35.99 and one for 58.77..

I have fought this with Lyft and they say its all proper, BUT THE 2 RIDES THEY SAY I TOOK NEVER HAPPENED.

They are going in and billing folks for rides that never took place.

Lyft says the driver was ok and nothing was wrong and the fees stay, I didnt go anywhere at 8:30 at night,..Mosha the driver says yes...they are trying to charge me for a ride that was 2 blocks long, and 35 bucks ?

these ppl are flat crooks, the 58 dollar charge was 22.00...they inflated it wit another charge of 35.99

so, they are trying to collect on 2 rides for a total of 70 bucks..

I have disputed this and am filing a report with my bank

I encourgage anybody to think again by useing Lyft...they will sneak charges in on you as well...
