M & D Pro Movers Long-Distance Move Mishandling, Deceptive Practices, and Unacceptable Damage...possible Fort Lauderdale FL

I hired M&D Pro Movers (USDOT 3550738, MC‑1189072) for a long-distance move on April 29, 2025, with a promised 7–10 business-day delivery. Instead, our belongings arrived 43 days later, with no 24‑hour notice. We were spun a web of excuses—truck breakdown, local storage, “out for delivery”—all false. Boxes were thrown around, many items were heavily damaged, and a large mirror is missing. Their claims portal doesn’t work, and customer service disappeared when we demanded accountability. This company’s practices are deceptive, unprofessional, and possibly illegal. Steer clear.
