Danny MacDonald lied that the boat was fully functional and purposely manipulated my inspection in order to conceal the issue. Turkey point Ontario

MacDonald Marine advertised a 350slx boat for sale. The owner Danny McDonald was the one personally involved in every aspect of the sale. He fraudulently confirmed that the boat was fully functional. He also rejected an inspector and later approved the second one and then blocked the  testing that inspector needed to do to validate that the engine could be even turned on. 

When I received  the boat, it was not functional. A top dealership service dept workee on it and could not fix it. The service technician became suspicious because all of the issues and was able to confirm from the boat and engine manufacturer that the boat had sunk and was written off by the dealer and insurance as a total loss. 

Danny Maxdonald took no responsibility and refused to cancel the sale and refund the full payment he received. There is currently a lawsuit being issued against MacDonald marine. Danny McDonald's lied every step of the way and cannot be trusted. His actions are fraudulently.
