Elffy.com appears in ads across social media platforms, boasting 100% human hair, lace-front, 360 lace and full lace wigs at an affordable price with quick shipping and a money back guarantee.  After 2 months, I received 7 cosplay wigs with fake plastic scalps; none of which were human or had any lace...or styled as seen on their website! I paid through PayPal so of course, I opened a claim. I have to pay for return shipping in order to get a refund.  The kicker is that the seller has to confirm receipt before a refund will be processed. How do I know that they wont deny receiving the items in order to not have my refund processed? Stay clear of this website. They see to have other facebook ads as well, under different company names. All the same videos and pictures.
