When I ordered this on 12-11-2023, it stated I would receive it before Christmas. I got a tracking number on 12-13-2023. As of 12-24-2023, tracking shows my order is still waiting to be picked up by USPS.
I needed this for Christmas this year, not Christmas next year or never.
The company does not post any contact information, (no phone number, fax number etc.) other than through their website. I have sent two messages and am not getting any reply.
This company takes your money but does not ship your product and they do not have any customer support or contact information.
