I searched Google for a windshield to fit my motorcycle. madhornetsparts.com came in under everyone else. Listed every motorcycle ever made. Said it would fit my bike. 

I received the windshield and it was defective, one of the sides was severely bent and would not install. So I tried calling but it goes directly to a fake voicemail account. I tried emailing no response. I went to their website tried contacting them through Facebook and their website, yup you guessed it, no response either. 

I had to file a claim through PayPal to finally hear from them. I notified them that the part was defective and to please send me a return shipping label. They told me that they would give me a 30% refund and I could keep the windshield and get it repaired and sell it locally.

When I explained to them it would cost more than the 30% refund to find somebody to repair a defective part. And if I could find somebody that would repair it for the 30% refund I would have to find somebody stupid enough to buy a refurbished defective part for the same amount of money, if not more for a brand new non defective part.

It was radio silence after that. Since you can't file a claim for a defective or broken part you can only file a claim for merchandise not as described. So my claim was denied and I am stuck with a defective windshield and they still got to keep my money and not honor the 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked policy.

When I really started looking into this company I realized they are virtually ghosts there's a couple different addresses listed a couple different phone numbers that go to fake voicemails. Their Facebook is all but blank except for some generic information and of course no problem with ordering on Facebook or their main website. So I decided to check out the better Business bureau website and they are listed as a non reputable company they have 1.3 star rating and they have a grade F.

Good luck and I hope my bad luck saves you some trouble with this company in the future. When I was reading the customer complaints on the BBB website my $90 didn't seem so Grand in their scheme of things there were a lot of people on there that got scammed out of hundreds and thousands of dollars.
