By far one of the most unprofessional individuals/companies I have ever met. Waiting until 1 hour before check in to basically quit in an attempt to leave us in the lurch. Fortunately, we had the foresight to have a back up cleaner on retainer. I would definitely NOT recommend. He also, in text, proceeded to call my wife some very disprectful and profane words, then flaunted that he was smarter than us.
Also, he had access to our NEST account in order to help us with an issue at our property (because we trusted him) he then ended up adjusting our Nest thermostats, watching our camera's (including our baby sleeping) just some real creepy stuff.
After discovering this, we have filed a police report for stalking.
This is very much a situation you a potential new client needs to be made aware of.
