General Contractors, subcontractors do not do any work for Mainstreet Renewal(MSR)!!!
This company is the most disonest and disorganized company who I have ever worked for as a GC. They do not respond to emails, they pay extreamly low, they cant seem to be able to close jobs nor approve anything. The area manager are a bunch of crooks and so is the RM who is based in SA, TX.
This guy is the biggest lier you will ever meet. This company owes my company over 100k and I am not the only GC who they owe $$$..... Most good GC's have quite due to non payment. Beware of MSR.
This company will not last.......Even their local techs/supers hate to work for them. The Houston area manager was taking kickbacks from GC's and I am sure the SA area manager/RM is doing it too, his brother works for the company as well and they all cover their as*es.
