I am NOT a victim of the listed individual.  I do however, have direct knowledge and documentary proof that this individual trafficks in and engages in the presentation of phony bank letters and other bank documents  He is the number three individual in a group of fraudsters who have attempted on a number of ocassions to solicit individuals to use the phony banking documents as collateral for investment in a "trade platform" scheme.   

Malik Hughes Brooks holds himself out to the public as serving a financial trustee to members of wealthy Chinese families with direct access to the banking accounts for wealthy individuals and families for which he is charged with making investments on their behalf.  He often name-drops celebriies and high networth individauls in attempt to sway individuals to invest along side of him for high returns.  He also fancies himself to be a trader of precious metals and an angel investor. 

I am writing this report to bolster the previous report of fraud and misrepresenation, as I have credible and direct documentary proof as well as written communication with this indivdual who was brought to my attention as being an andel investor for several entertainment projects.  During the course of my dealing and direct conversations, research and due diligence with banks, etc, I've uncovered the many faces nad farces of this indivdual.
