PayPal has a chargeback function.When goods is in transport, he applied for a chargeback. The reason he said is not receive the goods. It is ridiculous, the goods is in transport, how he can received it. We provide many evidence,logistics information to him, tell him the goods is already in US. But he didn't believe. The goods already in US. Just wait for delivery. But since his chargeback, we have to talk him to cancel the chargeback firts then we can continued to deliver the goods.He said he would cancel it after he received the goods. He said he want it urgently. As we have cooperated with his for two times. So we trust him and decide to sent goods to him first.
