Extremely disappointed with Manhattan Home Design.

I deeply regret my decision to purchase from ManhattanHomeDesign. Like many others, I ordered a sofa, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's incredibly frustrating.

I came across their blog where the owner & blogger, Becca Polak (who happens to be a corporate lawyer), claims to be "customer-centric." Yet, my experience with Manhattan home design has been the complete opposite.

What's even more troubling is that I've noticed a number of glowing reviews on Instagram from what appear to be the same handful of people, which raises suspicions. Are these positive reviews authentic, or are they paid for? It's concerning that a company might be buying positive reviews, especially when it only takes a few genuine negative experiences to significantly damage a brand's reputation forever.

Warren Buffett once said, "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it." In the era of the internet, just a few negative reviews can have the same impact.
