First of all, I would like to congratulate my staff across the globe for a wonderful 25 years in business! It was amazing seeing all 200+ of you at the most recent Christmas party! We certainly have crossed a HUGE milestone in 2022 of 2.5 MILLION DOLLARS IN SALES!!!! What amazing teamwork  - I congratulate all of you on contributing to our success. Cant wait to cross 3 MILLION DOLLARS in 2023!

Of course, as all of my colleagues and clients already know, we are the most respected top-notch PI Firm in the country. We have built our impeccable reputation with much hard work and integrity over the years. Having to respond to such nonsense is trivial and frankly, a waste of time. However, when our integrity is assaulted with lies, we much seek justice to clear our name. 

Sadly, in our business as Private Investigators, we are flooded with calls and inquiries from people with severe mental illness, paranoia, and a history of drug abuse (meth, PCP, prescription, etc). Although we never judge our clients and or potential clients, we have to be aware of "wolves in sheeps" clothing so to speak. This is clearly a case of that. 

The bottom line is, the accusation mentioned is unequivocally not true. This client had (despite many rebuttals) insisted to conduct an extensive background check on an 18-year-old girl (who barely graduated high school, had no credit, no history nothing) and expected to receive a laundry list of results. Like many of our clients, they expect us to rub a magic genie lamp and "POOF" to produce magical results. Sorry folks, that is simply not the case AND in each and every case, I (we) take the time to explain that to our potential clients before spending a dollar.  The second background check was for a person named, "Nick" located somewhere in the United States. Although we pushed back with the limited information, the client was insistent we locate this person. It turns out this person was indeed located, just not by us. 

When the client demanded a refund and claimed we never attempted to locate this individual, it was again pure lies and defamation of character. 

The claim was initially disputed but later FULLY REFUNDED!

I, nor anyone in my firm will be spending one more second on this nonsense as we have people to help and cases to solve.
