Marcus Lang McGowan owes $30,000 in back child support and the balance continues to grow daily.
There have been no legal ramifications for his actions and the child support enforcement agency located in my state has not been able to do much to locate or file a petition to obtain child support because this guy has figured out how to work the system to avoid having to pay any child support (you can search his criminal history at https://www.iowacourts.state
.ia.us/ESAWebApp//SelectFrame) and figure out pretty quickly how he has been supporting himself.
He has shrugged all parental obligations and has no involvement with my child, while continuing to impregnate other women to produce more off spring that he does not provide for. Marcus has never taken personal responsibility for himself, his actions, nor the children that he has fathered - watch out for this guy!!

Sounds to me like you should get to know someone before you produce a child with them. Maybe you should have looked up his record before sleeping with him? Funny how women attack someone's character AFTER they have a child. Do all this research before and you wouldn't be in this predicament. I hate boohoo a*s bi*ches that f*ck up then cry to the internet. I'm sure Marcus wasn't your first or last mistake

I am continually amazed that this person is arrested and incarcerated on a rotating basis - but child support enforcement is not able to find him. His release or probation has never been contingent upon paying towards his arrears balance. Marcus McGowan is a deadbeat dad that owes $46718.00 for one child. Shame on the state of Iowa for not enforcing this child support order. Boo!

Stay away from this man! He will lie, cheat and steal everything he can from you. He plays the victim and uses his children he doesn't care for to try and make girls feel sorry for him. He almost convinced me to have a child that could be in his life. GLAD I DIDN'T.I found out the hard way that it's not everyone else it is him. Glad I found the truth.

Why haven't you filed a contempt of court on this guy? Surely $30,000 plus is enought to land him in jail. With his criminal record you know he is on probation & his probation officer can help bring him in. Normally they have to check in with their probation officers once a month.
Do it for all of us in your same position. He deserves to sit in jail instead of having a good time. He obviously cares about no one buy himself.
