here is the detail I sent to Paxful and they still awarded usdt to that kenyan scammer.

I found two other ids run by same guy, you can verify that he is Same guy running other ids.

1-First of all check wise any trade he used wise for transaction, check screenshot sent by buyer if he matches with I'm attaching with this email, then it can confirm he is the scammer. 

2-check what wallet he is using to deposit amount 

3-what wallet he attached with both accounts 

4- his ip (you have ip logged) 

5- his device 

Thast only my frontend approach, you have a system to identify same account, utilise whatever you want to find out the relation between these two accounts,

Use your all resources to match that guy with the id he scammed me for 769 dollars and refund my money or release my usdt.

I lost my 769 and I wouldnt let it go , he is scammer giving exceptional rate that impossible all over the world and you are right I got greedy thinking it may be the second tier countries people who are unaware of actual rates , I didnt think about it could be a scam, and I was giving him favour as he said show full name or he will have to face legal issues. 

check screenshots, rates, copy written in his instructions (he noticed that and he changed instruction words now, but I took screenshot and shared with you already, he cant deny, another big clue he is a scammer he changed it just now)

If you still decide in this scammer favor then it can be confirm you only support scammers (I acknowlede I made a mistake I shouldnt cancel order but read chat he forced me, he forced me over phone, but no need to talk about phone, he write everything in chat of the order too), if by luck I find him , dont let him go, for God Sake return my money and save your reputation

I saw people are already scammed by Kenyan, and you are allowing these scammers, and you are already flagged a scam website by other people, for God sake save your reputation, solve this case.
