On November 6, 2024 Robert H Waller ordered materials for his house located at 734 Logue Road, Myakka City, Florida 34251 in excess of $20,000.00 and stated he would pay for them for his use.
Robert H Waller never disclossed that the residence belongs to his girlfriend Maria Kazouris who claims to be a lawyer with the florida bar using a # of 578231. Maria Kazouris also owns another residence located at 6208 Appomattox DR, Holiday, Fl 34690.
Maria Kazouris and Robert H Waller refused to pay for the material even after being informed that failure to pay was going to result to financial harm to the Business for failing to pay vendors.
It took Maria Kazouris and Robert Waller over a month to finally pay for their materials which resulted in an additional charge of $504.97 that they never paid.
After using the materials to improve her property at 734 Logue road, Myakka City, Florida 34251, Maria Kazouris is attempting to extort over $38,000.00 dollars from the company.
Maria Kazouris is using her alleged position as an Attorney asking to be paid double for the materials she used on her residence.
This individual should be avoided. Do not do business with her or Robert H Waller.
There is definitely something strange going on at that address as it appears they are attempting to hide the fact that she owns it.
