I bought the engine that was supposedly "ouit of the rate new" and the install was completed by a subcontractor. The warranty information has not been forwarded to me by the principle of Marine Power Source, Properformance1, Performance1.
Once I complained and forwarded excerpt of email responses from Jon (Robert Bower) emphaticaly stating there was a warranty by the manufacturer, and there are issues with the engine that caused it to shut down after only 10 minutes of run time on the water, he shut down all communications with the comment: "We are done!" I will be lodging a complaint with the Florida Bar association (he is an attorney) for his conduct is not within the ethics as delinated.
Stay way from these folks. They advertise on eBay and other sites and the public needs to be aware of this fraud of a company.
