MARK DOVICO-BUILDING MECHANICAL INSPECTOR-CODE ENFORCEMENT BUREAU (CITY OF LA) MARK DOVICO PHYSICALLY ASSULTED ME BY PUNCHING ME HARD ON MY CHEST VAN NUYS CALIFORNIA

On July 14, 2023, Building Mechanical Inspector Mark Dovico from the Code Enforcement Bureau with the City of Los Angeles Van Nuys, CA division was caught illegally trespassing on private property in the city of West Hills, CA 91308.

Inspector Mark Dovico climbed over a cement wall into the backyard of a private citizen’s home.  He then conducted an illegal search of the citizen’s backyard by taking pictures without the property owner’s consent.

An occupant who lives on the premises saw Insp. Mark Dovico taking pictures and searching the private citizen's property’s backyard.  The occupant yelled out to Insp. Mark Dovico of what he was doing.  Insp. Mark Dovico quickly ran and climbed back over the cement wall and fled onto two neighbors’ properties.

The occupant who observed Insp. Mark Dovico illegally trespassing in the backyard went outside the to see where he had fled to.  Insp. Mark Dovico sunddenley emerged from the neighbors property after jumpimg over the cement wall.

Insp. Mark Dovico saw and ran up to the face of the occupant who saw him trespassing in the  backyard.  Insp. Mark Dovico then violently punched the occupant in the chest causing the occupant to fall back and suffer a head concussion.  Insp. Mark Dovico violently punched the occupant in the chest for no apparent reason.

Insp. Mark Dovico trespasses on private property and conducts illegal searches.  He violates property owners’ rights to privacy. He also violates property owners fourth amendment rights.
