Mark Spain realtor Opendoor (buyer) Broke a contract we both signed Alpharetta, GA 30004 Georgia

This company buys your property so you dont need to show it and they say they are not allowed to bail out unless your home is not mantained. They also say the seller is able to change their mind on selling any time without a penalty.Well they broke the contract by saying it was a misunderstanding, just like that! So I just lost a buyer Called Opendoor for over 500,000.00 because they misunderstood so if I want to persue, it could cost more then that.

I filed a complaint with BBB and they are as crooked as this company that did me wrong, BBB gave an opertunity to answer my complaint but never  advertised my complaint. All of these problems are being done by the agents that are working for this company with almost no supervision, in perticular one of them in which he was a ex policeman and he trys to scare you in to signing and not asking too many questions, he will yell at you, he will make you afraid to say anything and he expect you to take his word on anything that you have a question.

Thia is why I dont think the company is responsible  for not doing a thing in regards to their employees and getting away with it, I loose 500,000 and they loose almost nothing because of a misunderstanding!!  beware stay away!!!
