Every three months Mark will take you to court for not paying rent. He has been doing this for years and nobody will stand up to him. We are getting tired of this .The Police know he does this but will not help you. Witnesses can be obtained. He has friends at banks that will collaborate that your check cannot be cashed, which is a lie, or he saves your money orders because he does not like cash them so you're late on rent and takes you to court. He cannot do this He shouldn't be able to even get away with it. Someone needs to stop him.

 Since you're paying by money order you have proof of purchasing it for the purpose of paying your rent. Send it to him with signed return receipt. This will prove he received the payment. Then if he sues you show the court your proof that you played your rent in full on time. It's on him if he doesn't cash the money orders before they expire.
