MSW Legal Services (Mark Wright)reported to me that a Sheriff's Sale after a Court Judgement was performed in May, 2005 at 310 Center Street in Redwood City ,CA to fulfill Superior Court Judgement in Wargo vs. Price. There were no papers filed with ant Court in San Mateo County. There was no check sent to MSW Legal services by Office of Sheriff of San Mateo County. Sgt. Gallo (phone number deleted - see below) of that office reportd to me that there was never any sale, or check issued .
MSW Legal Services (Mark Wright) refuses to return the paperwork having to do with this case or the Superior Court Judgement.
MSW Legal Services (Mark Wright)has continually related that the 'check was issued, returned, in the mail' etc. , and has done so whenever I am able to get the phone answered since May, 2005.
