Markus is personable and manipulative. He asked for cash. I paid with checks. He asked for more money to buy more rock. He told me he would complete the landscaping job of making a rock bed. He did half a job and a very poor job the weed material did not fit and was not tacked down. He ran out of rock and asked for more money to buy rock. I called him every week asking when he would be finishing He would put us off and say "this week". He said my calls were stressful and he blocked me. This was after 3 month of asking him and his putting us off. He is a total scammer and be aware.
