Martins William is the CEO of a Private Loan Firm from Nairobi, Kenya. We have multiple complaints from global consumers about this Business listed as a Private Lender.

We have a complaint that supersedes others that have done just about the same or even worse according to our client, a former customer of Martins & James Finance Service Ltd of Nairobi, Kenya.

The consumer is lured into a Private Loan Offer sent via an email campaign in 2017 and followed directives given by the CEO Martins William who has a registered business in Nairobi Kenya. Since 2017 this Private Financier has collected fees from our client. For the total sum of $9,650.00, we have all the evidence filed with the courts and the question is why so much?

Well, it is so unfortunate for the consumer is mentally impaired and keeps following directives until one of their relatives contacted our business for services to investigate the situation. We now report this for future dealings with this company that is preying upon vulnerable senior citizens and the mentally impaired of the U.S.A.

We have read all conversational emails corresponding to and indicating directives to send more fees, we have all receipts that explained plainly to our staff that this firm is not doing the right thing. Until last month there has been no loan granted to our client. This company for the past eight months has been heavily reported by victims of their loan offers.
