Mary Alice Kloeppel Seller, property 10XXX E Buckskin Dr. Dewey, AZ. Did not disclose the septic failure. She refused to rescind the contract. After more than a year of legal action a judgement in the amount of 12,497.00 plus attorney and arbitration fees was awarded.
She is refusing to pay this amount and intends to file bankruptcy. She is a decietful and dispicable thief. A criminal that will be held accountable for her actions. A lien will be attatched to her current home and criminal charges filed. Never, ever trust Mary Alice Kloeppel under any circumstances.
She has made our lives a living hell. Justice will be served. Her attorney is as corrupt as she is.
