I chose models advertised on the facebook page of the seller, gave him some dimensions after which he quoted me for the work with a delivery time frame of 3 weeks.
He asked for a deposit of more than 50% of the order value, saying he needs to buy materials. I paid the whole deposit amount requested.
Since then, the delivery has never been done. It has been 3 months now. I have not even received a picture of any work in progress or of the purchased materials. I have heard many excuses (sickness, death in the family, accident, failing transport company,etc). For the last excuse,I proposed to come to the address with my own lorry to get the items, the person says he is not there and won't be back until late.
I have asked for a refund, which I also failed to received.
The guy behind this is a con-man, with beautiful pictures on Facebook which are not his. I can prove it, he went ahead and sent me a picture of the item he was making for me. I could do d the same exact picture on 5 different websites in Europe...
