Matt Kornmeier is refusing to follow through with repairing water damage repairs in Grosse Pointe Woods, Vernier Terraces Apartments! Matt Kornmeier was refused clearance when he wanted to follow through with construction in Grosse Pointe Farms Tennis Facility due to failure of meeting code with water damage! Matt Kornmeier and the Kornmeier family are neglecting to follow through with fixing maintenance concerns that revolve around water damage!
ANK Enterprises workers caused a flood in a local apartment in Grosse Pointe Woods that has been neglected for two years! The tenant has been urgent requesting repairs due to the appearance of the water damage getting worse over the two years! Matt Kornmeier is still refusing to follow through with repairing issues! Matt Kornmeier and Steve Kornmeier and the Kornmeier family are neglecting to follow through with required maintenance updates as well making tenants suffer, causing undue stress because they do not want to face the fact they are responsible for water damage issues in their properties!

Matt Kornmeier is a PERVERT who informed tenant maintenance will be to property in a few days to follow though with updates the first week of October 2019! Fast forward to now it’s been three weeks Matt Kornmeier is refusing tenant their right to privacy by neglecting to follow though with fixing water damage, installing new blinds that were approved three weeks ago! Matt Kornmeier is the maintenance director for ANK Enterprises which is a family owned company that also own property throughout Grosse Pointe, St. Claire Shores, and Taylor. The Kornmeier family is neglecting to follow through with maintenance updates Harassing a single mother who pays rent on time and follows through with maintaining rental property in beautiful conditions! The water damage was caused by Matt Kornmeier and his maintenance crew two years ago! Since the event Matt Kornmeier has excused self and his crew from usual upkeep due to new projects they were focused on! The water damage is worse, as well new water damage from a dented gutter above bathroom and small bedroom upstairs also is experiencing water damage issue as well as the basement that needs maintenance update! But HONESTLY KORNMEIER family your going to neglect a tenant the right to privacy, put the new blinds in! Follow through with repairs and stop being perverts! There is no reasons the maintenance repairs requested for the past two years should not be followed through with now!
