Matthew is a professional con-man who presented himself as a website developer. He made a long list of enemies by taking client's money and then never building the client's website. He would just take the client's money and run away. We actually have screenshots of Matthew bragging about doing that. Matthew admitted in his own words to ripping off clients and conning them. So he's going to have a very hard time proving he never did that. There's also a huge number of clients who can testify to being ripped off by him. Matthew also tried running an illegal drug dealing business called Edmonton 420 Club. He was arrested by police and he took a plea deal for 6 month's House Arrest and a criminal record. The funny thing is, Matthew thinks it was his brother Chris Galpin who got him arrested. But it was actually us. His name was was originally Matthew Edward Galpin. He went to Bellerose Composite High School and he grew up in St. Albert. His dad is Jim Galpin who runs a business called Galpin Financial. His mother is Marilyn Galpin. They both live in St. Albert and we have their address but we are keeping it confidential for obvious safety reasons. He changed his last name to Williams because he was desperately trying to get away from his past and rebrand himself. It was a pathetic attempt for him to "start over." His attempt at starting over with a new name was a huge failure. Because his arrest warrants and his horrible past are the first things that appear about him on google. It doesn't matter if you google his new name or his old name, his arrest warrants and his horrible past are the very first things that appear. Matthew suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder, Histrionic Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Narcissistic Anti-Social Disorder. He suffers from extreme anger and explosive outbursts, delusions of grandeur, paranoid and delusional thinking, and he has an extremely artificially inflated sense of self-importance and self-worth. As one of his ex-girlfriends once said, "Matthew is a powder keg just waiting to explode at any second, and if do anything at all to offend him, he will explode on you in a second." I could not describe Matthew any better than that. If you do anything to offend Matthew, even if you look at Matthew the wrong way, he will spend every second of his life trying to get revenge against you. He can't tolerate any form of rejection, any form of insult, any form of offense. He skin is razor thin. He will not hesitate to make you a target of his obsessive wrath for a single second. There is a bright spot here. A good thing. The warrants against him will never expire or go away, and thanks to us, they will stay HOT and continue to be a focal point of attention.
