I ordered an MSI G274QPF-QD gaming monitor from Mavina Store via Amazon.ca. Not only did the seller send the wrong monitor twice, but they also refused to take responsibility. Instead, they blamed “postal strikes” and even “Trump delays,” which were completely irrelevant and misleading excuses.
After returning the item, the seller deducted $35 from my refund without justification, despite the mistake being entirely on their side. I followed all Amazon policies, provided detailed evidence, and returned the product exactly as requested.
This behavior is unethical and deceptive. I believe this constitutes a pattern of dishonesty and poor customer service. I am posting this report to warn other buyers and urge Amazon to investigate this seller’s practices more thoroughly.
