Mavis Tire and Brakes Went for oil change, left with problems! Acworth Georgia

On Sunday March 26th around 1:00 PM, my daughter and I took her car to Mavis Tire on Mars Hill Rd. She told them she wanted an oil change and we left the vehicle. Took her back and left her to get her car and whn she came home was very upset. Apparently she was backing out and an employee parked a vehicle behind her and not knowing, backed into it. No major damages, but the fact remains. Her check engine light was on, which it was not when she left it and her warning backup sensor was not working, which again it was when she left it.  Manager was very quick to state, "this is not our fault and we will not take care of this!" 

Not only that, Mavis requires managers to take notes for, tire rotation, they did not offer, check air in tires, which they said they did, must have just missed the passanger rear at 18 LBS, check filters, brakes, shocks, struts fluid levels, which her washer fluid was empty.

Customers beware, I was a service manager for Mavis years ago and their standards of operation and customer service have fallen to new lows. I was privy to a past manager who told me thay practiced, "5 quart", which means, replace the oil filter and add one quart of oil, not change it all.

Mavis will never see my friends or my five cars again, good luck theives!
