I bought the software PokerTracker 4 in the web site: www.pokertracker.com. The price is USD99,00 and the value is visibly available at the time of purchase.
However, after the purchase the software is scheduled to automatically charge a monthly fee of USD 34.99.
The charge is made on the same card that made the purchase and the company name is MAX VALUE SOFTWARES.
The company negligence ethical conduct, not informed in a transparent and explanatory manner that the collection will be automatic and monthly. The total debited from my card was from without my consent was 139.96 (4x usd34,99 on apr/19 to jul/19)
I want the return of the value because I have not consciously authorized for an add on.
