MaxKravMaga Eval Yanilov Krav Maga Global This company does not honor their 30 day trial period , signed up for a year trial , no refunds and no customer service when I could not access my account

I signed up for the max Krav Maga online training program with the assurance they would honor the 30 day no questions asked free trial/  money back guarantee they offered. I paid 228$ on my credit card for one year of online courses pre paid. I accessed the online content for literally 2 hours upon signing up that one evening only , reviewing the material. 

I went to sign in to access the course again and there was an issue with my sign in data ( unsure why ?! ) . I wrote to Support@maxkravmaga sveral times asking them for help , as they would send me a password reset and it would not allow me access to the pre paid material each time. Frustrating to say the least ! 

The online email support address is the only way you can contact this company in the event things do not work correctly. I am in the USA , they are located in Israel . I wrote them 5 times asking for help with zero replies . Being I could not access the paid for material except for the initial 2 hours when I signed up , I wrote online support again asking for a cancellation and a full refund. They cancelled my online course immediately with no refund AT ALL. Now I don't even have supposed access in any way .

 I am currently in a Visa dispute with this company as they do NOT honor their 30 day no questions asked free trial. I cannot afford to pay for services that are inaccessible as they offer no support at all , and did not even have the chance to see if their material was suitable for me . They have told Visa dispute that I received the services I paid for which is a complete lie as they never helped me access the account when there was an issue nor did I receive anything but 2 hours of course material to scan thru when I joined.

in turn , they  have refused to credit my Visa account and I want to warn other potential clients to not trust  this business regarding their online guarantees or complete lack of customer service , as they will not get what they paid for either. There are many other reputable online courses out there with good people in the USA where they don't have to be charged for services not received.

The very LEAST this company can do for me is reinstate me as a member so I could access the material I pre paid for for an entire year !  l do not trust max Krav Maga online services , nor should you ; they will make you want to do some Krav Maga back on them. Fraudsters , scammers and  liars with  no customer care or help ! Run. Far away and never look back !!! You've been warned.
