McMullen & Drury, PA Scammers Towson MD

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them today.  They send me this collection letter saying I owe all of this money saying send the total payment to their offices.  Well, first of all, they think that I am too stupid to question what this letter is about and what are all of these charges that I owe? Really?  That was their first scam.  

When I called to question them about what it was for and that I wanted to get a complete copy of what these bogus charges were for, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally.  The receptioninst, Crystal, was extremely rude to me; for no reason. She also told me that she couldn't get into their computers because the internet was down - it's like I've never heard that one before!  She finally called back at around 2:30 letting me know what all of the charges were for.  She was again, very rude, very unprofessional, and kept talking over me.  Everytime I kept trying to say anything, she would continue to talk over me and not listen to me at all.  They are nothing but a bunch of unprofessional people that try to take advantage of other people; as long as they get their money and what they want.  

The funniest part is they are trying to charge me $450.00 to type up a letter to send it to me?  And I'm supposed to pay for that???  All I can say is to stay away from them and they are horrbible people.
