Meal Prep Tech BAIT AND SWITCH - PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER Jacksonville FL

This company advertises pricing on their website with the intention to upsell their customers by over $100 per month. I called and explained my business, asked about the pricing online and was asked to schedule a demo. In the demo call, we were informed that the pricing listed on their website does not include their website portal, which costs an additional $100 per month to run. I was told their software cannot be run without using the portal and that the advertised price is not valid.

I expressed my concerns with the false advertising and explained I felt like this was a classic case of "bait and switch". I was informed they've just increased all of their pricing with existing customers and are going to update the website when they can.

How can this company expect customers to pay them $250, let alone $350 a month, to manage their customers website and software when they themselves cannot manage their own?

The owner of this company seems like a professional ripoff artist and this company is a GRADE A SCAM!
