Medcare Center constant Lies and missinformation fail promises parma, Garfield Heights,cleveland, shefield village ohio

They fail to provide the level of services they advertise. Constantly reoccuring again to require another visit so they can bill insurance for another visit to straighten out  messes they create. Bait and switch and lie about service level they provide. They will not change or alter any medication over the phone. Even when they make a mistake. Several visits to straighten this out to no avail.

Schedule visits specificly for specific medical services example a Johnson and Johnson vacine second dose. Assure me they have it. schedule an appointment. when I arrive they tell me they do not, And say it has been eliminated by the medical industry and is no longer available.(not just they no longer have it. I got it somewhere else as a walk in without any appointment. Keep having to return because they do not calling in precriptions properly.
