I am committed to meticulously outlining and presenting legal transcripts that expose the dubious practices of Medical Legal Experts. My focus will be on revealing instances of these experts utilizing excerpts from Stephen Andrew Stepaniuk's court cases involving service mail fraud and health care fraud. Drawing from my personal experiences working with Medical Legal Experts, I aim to shed light on their unscrupulous tactics, particularly their current scheme involving unwarranted re-exams. Additionally, I will unveil how they exploit the Department of Workers Compensation, deceive U.S. taxpayers and divert funds to fill their own pockets.

Dr. Stepaniuk initially entered my professional sphere under the alias Dr. George Alexander, a revelation made by Mr. Alvin Lee, who positioned him as the authoritative figure responsible for assigning my first task beyond the realm of information technology. It was only during a breakfast meeting with "George Alexander'' that I was apprised of his true identity, accompanied by a dubious narrative justifying the need for such secrecy. Unbeknownst to me, I had encountered Dr. Stepaniuk previously, albeit under a different guise – he had masqueraded as a repair technician during a day at the office, seamlessly infiltrating various workspaces and even the server room. The realization of these two encounters prompted my curiosity to delve into the background of this individual. The creation of a fabricated website under his full name, www.stephenandrewstepaniuk.com, raised further suspicions. After all, an innocent person with nothing to conceal wouldn't resort to such tactics. The shock intensified as it became evident that the site was strategically designed to suppress any mentions of court cases, strategically manipulating search engine results to keep references off the first page of Google.

Stepaniuk pled guilty to conspiracy to commit honest services mail fraud and health care fraud. When Stephen Andrew Stepanuik got arrested he, Dr. Tichio, and Mr. Alvin Lee conspired to create a new company “Medical Legal Experts”, to run billing through the new company and continue their fraudulent activities.
Dr. Stepaniuk Appears to still be directing MLE Operations despite the state Department of industrial relations prohibiting him from doing so. 

Mr. Lee purchased Medical Legal Evaluations from Dr. Stepaniuk for an unknown amount, On May 20, 2019. Mr. Lee purchased Dr Tichio's company, Medical Legal Experts, for $1,000 at Dr. Stepaniuk's instruction. As of October 3, 2023 Mr. Alvin Lee sold Medical Legal Experts to Kensinggton, a New Mexico Company. At this point no one knows who owns this company.

However, the notion of honor among thieves crumbles when examining the aftermath of Tichio's departure from the company. His swift establishment of a new venture was triggered by Stepaniuk's involvement with Medical Legal Experts (MLE). The narrative takes an unexpected turn as Tichio finds himself entangled in a legal battle initiated by Stepaniuk. The accusations include not only his departure but also the alleged poaching of a group of trusted doctors who had relied on Tichio's judgment and integrity.

During my time with Medical Legal Experts, the employment roller coaster featured the hiring, firing, and subsequent rehiring of a felon, all orchestrated under the explicit directive of Dr. Stepaniuk. The central figure in this perplexing narrative is Jason Christopher Norbeck, an individual whose deceptive prowess stands out even within the labyrinthine corridors of Medical Legal Experts. Notably, court records under Docket No. SA CR 18-0151-DOC bears witness to Norbeck's conviction for AGGRAVATED IDENTITY Theft and BANK FRAUD.

In a curious twist, Mr. Norbeck has now assumed the mantle left vacant by Mr. Lee, solidifying his position at the helm of Medical Legal Experts. This succession raises poignant questions about the organization's choices in leadership, casting a shadow over its commitment to ethical standards and leaving an indelible mark on its already checkered history.

Medical Legal Experts is under Federal investigation, Worker Compensation Division, as Insurance Department scrutiny.
