We completed the 5-panel screen installation with upgraded 20x20 screen, 16" kickplate, stard door and pet door. 

We left numerous voice messages, text message, emails and certified letter with an NTO (Notice to Owner) and then warned them we would put a lien on their property.   They never responded to our many attempts to collect the money. 

We processed a lien with the Clerk of the Courts in Melbourne, FL on February 10, 2025.  We sent a copy of the lien to the customer, asking them to pay to remove the lien.  We warned them if we went to a small claims court, they would be responsible for interest fees and legal fees.   We have not heard back from them.

We are a small business and $3,570.81 is a substantial amount of money to us.  I would like to report this customer to warn others not to do business with this customer in fear of the same situation happening to them.  I would like to be able to collect the funds without having to pay a lot of money, like attorney fees.

I consider this situation as a Ripoff, because that is what this customer is doing to us.   Ripping us off.
