Melanie Osterhouse Laptop store Staplees. Inc I bought online 2 refurbished laptops from the company name "Laptop Store" or "Staplees. Inc (Staplees with 2 ee !!!). After payment they never answer to your email. Upon many emails complaining, they send me (through Paypal) 2 UPS shipping tracking numbers however these tracking numbers are fake, they belong to someone else name and address. I never get the merchandise South San Francisco CA

On September 8, 2020 I ordered online 2 HP laptops from a company name Laptop Store (HP - Spectre X360 2-In-1 15.6" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core I7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - HP Finish In Dark Ash Silver) at the price of $119.99 each  and paid by using Paypal. After week of waiting without news of my order, I sent email to the company asking them about the fate of my order but they never answer to my mail.

Finally on 9/14/2020 I sent them a notice that I will complain to Paypal if they don't let me know where my orders are, then the next day they added two UPS shipping tracking numbers on the Paypal website . By tracking the UPS number the seller provided it showed that the items have been delivered however personally I did not received any of them. I called UPS (1-800-742-5877) to complain about the missing delivery and they confirmed to me that these tracking numbers are not for me, they are for somebody else NAME and ADDRESS, not in my name and address.

 This confirmed that this seller is trying to dupe Paypal and me by giving a Fake UPS tracking number to prove that the merchandises were already shipped and delivered but in reality they were destined to somebody else. Following the confirmation from UPS I sent email to the seller asking for his answer but he never reply to my mail .

This seller is dishonest, a spammer. The store Name (on top of the website) is Laptop Store, but at the bottom of the website it shown another name Staplees. Inc (with 2 ee) . Google Maps shown that the address  465 NOOR AVE STE B，SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, California, USA 94080 belongs to a Staples store, but there is no Staplees. Inc there. They have no telephone number to contact. The email address shown on their website is not working and this is the only email address I can get them:  nk@kswor.com
