Hello Everyone,
I first came accross Melissa (Missy) Terrell, LMHC using a platform called Zocdoc. This website/app allows people to plug in their personal information and find a (in Network) health care provider to communicate with. Zocdoc is no way affiliated with this report in a negative way.
After clicking on this "Doctor," I received a series of emails from a lady to be an associate doctor in the same office as Melissa Terrell. She then instructed me to cancel my appointment through Zocdoc and sent me a portal to complete a new patient document that asked me to list my mother's maiden name and information, job history and property/assett documentation. I was so perplexed by this I reached out to Zocdoc.
Since googling this doctor I have concluded that she does not know that people have assumed her identity online and are scamming indiduals seeking medical care. Personally, I feel she does not exist. She only has six reviews and she is an established doctor and speaker, as well as life and business coach. None of the websites have any real contact information with Whois.com or have any phone number to a landline registration. They are all phone numbers that mobile phones and have no message other than an automated response.
Please be aware of this indiviual/criminal organization. I have filed this report to warn unsuspecting people of this scam.
