More like NO LIFT !!!!!!

I worked for Melvin for a month and he bounced my check twice, bad mouthed every customer just about behind their back and appeared to have problems with every single job. He has no idea what he is doing in the garage door industry. I feel horrible for how he is treating the customers and the quality of the work that is provided. I have been in the industry for 20 years and this is the worst I have ever seen.SO many safety concerns!

He tells me that he will be working "remotely" for 3 days, come to find out. He went to San Francisco for a whole week and completly ghosted his customers. I had about 5 really pissed off customers that week yelling at me because he made promises and never was able to fulfill. I tries to re-use moldy rotted wood. I am pretty certain that he has employees on drugs and Melvin himself was sniffing all the time but never blowing his nose showing signs if an addict.

I have seen him take 2 days and 15 hrs on a install and still struggle to try to complete the job. Right after he tries to ditch the customers old door in their alley, lol. 

He has only been in the industry for one year and it clearly shows. I would not trust him to build a dog house.

He has no idea what he is doing in the garage door industry. Literally a walking liability. Bad mouths every single person. He needs therapy and a higher power. Has to be one of the saddest most negative people I have ever met in my lifetime. 

He is the type to start a fire and then play victem when you call him out for it. He takes zero accountability for these short comings and fights with most of his customers over "Misunderstandings: of things "he never said". 

It seems to be a real theme with that. When he bounced my checks he kept blaming the payroll company. Or someone he kept refering to as "Worthless Paul" fo the short recent comings of his business. 

Which you could see these issues with the business and payroll are clearly coming from Melvin. Which is acting like he is spending his parents savings with no regard of responsibility. Which may or may not be due to a drug habit. It could also just be that he is just a loser con-main that is trying to hide in plain site. 

Lastly he absolutely does not care about the garage door industry or the safety of the customer. 100% Certain of this.

Dear Garage Door and Garage Door Opener Customers,

I want to take a moment to address a recent post from a former angered and disgruntled employee of our company. First and foremost, I deeply regret that anyone feels hurt or wronged, and I sincerely apologize for any distress caused.

Running a business is never without challenges, and sometimes difficult decisions must be made to protect the integrity of the service we provide. While I won & #39;t go into specific details out of respect for everyone involved, I want to assure you that the decision to part ways with this individual was not taken lightly. Our primary goal has always been to serve our customers with honesty, reliability, and the highest quality of service.

It & rsquo;s important to acknowledge that the messages shared publicly were expressions of frustration in a private setting, where I was advocating on behalf of our team and our clients. Unfortunately, the situation with this former employee led to some misunderstandings and actions that did not align with the standards we uphold at ProLift Garage Doors.

We value the trust our customers place in us and remain committed to maintaining a professional and transparent relationship with each of you.
